Role
As the Document and Data Controller for Large Projects Offshore Netherlands (LON) you are responsible to monitor, check and analyse the quality of structured and unstructured data and documents. You will monitor and manage the relations between data and data entities and report on quality. In addition to this you will also monitor and report on timeliness of data and workflows. The knowledge you gather from these activities will help us to further make the transition to being a data centric enterprise. TenneT LON is making the transition from a document oriented to a data centric way of working. The position of Data Analyst is a direct result of this and therefore a new role in the Project Management Office. Since we are in the transition phase, you will also be required to perform quality checks on incoming documents.
Your main responsibilities
– Analyzes and interprets data files, retrieving missing or inconclusive data.
– Ensures data correctness, completeness, and reliability.
– Manages data relations and monitors data drop cycles in ThinkProject and other systems.
– Controls metadata from contractors and tracks connections between data and assets.
– Performs complex system mutations and ensures compliance with quality standards.
– Develops workflows, user manuals and participate in data quality projects.
– Perform quality checks on project related documents.
– Identifies bottlenecks, proposes improvements and support the document manager.

– Duty station for this position is Arnhem Rijnpoort for min 2 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday people are often there. Wednesday is mandatory in any case, must be flexible), other days hybrid.

Eisen
- Relevant educational background on bachelor or academic level.
- Proven experience and knowledge as document controller, data controller or analyst, preferably 3 years + experience.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office products, experience with SharePoint and ThinkProject is required.
- Language skills: English mandatory and preferred Dutch, B2 level.
- Your commute is less than one hour to our Arnhem office (Rijnpoort).
